By accessing or using CarePilot's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform.

2. Description of Services

CarePilot provides a cloud-based software platform for NDIS and aged care providers to manage scheduling, time tracking, client management, and compliance reporting. Our services include web-based applications, mobile applications, and related support services.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not use another user's account without permission

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service in a manner that could damage or impair our infrastructure

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CarePilot, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable privacy laws and NDIS requirements.

6. Payment and Billing

By subscribing to our services:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• No refunds will be provided for partial months

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarePilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
